H.E.C.K. for short
Hey you! Yes you. Do you have a girlfriend/boyfriend that lives far away from you? Do you have to pay lots of money for transport to see her/him? No...? In that case, you have probably enough money to help out my lovely pals Vuurstern and Griwi , who after a certain fiasco are finally able to see each other once again. Only problem is that train tickets aren't exactly cheap, so they need all the help they can get.
They both make beautiful drawings in each their amazing style and their prices are rather cheap in comparison to paintings from Da Vinci and Van Gogh.

I'm pretty sure they're also okay with just donating money, like I did
But you would really like a drawing for that money. Don't deny it. You waaaaaant iiiiiiit. I'm a terrible salesman.
Normally I don't do these kind of things, but as these two are good friends of mine and as someone whose relationship would be more difficult without the iron ways as well, I just couldn't say no. The train tickets I pay (for either me going to The Netherlands or Merleee coming to Belgium) are probably already cheaper as we don't have to take a Thalys or ICE train. But Vuurstern and Griwi sadly don't have another choice.
Tomorrow I have my first exam, being Applied Physics. I found out that in my entire life I have troubles concentrating on pure theoretical exams. Most of this is pure abstract stuff, but ah well, it's still basic physics, so I guess I'll be okay. Next week I'll have both Programming theory and presenting my remade version of World 2-1 of Super Mario Land. It's almost finished, I hope...
But I think the exams will go fine, although there's a chance I probably have to remake the game for Applied Physics in summer holiday. But I'm fine with that.
Past weekend, as usual Merleee was at my place and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to really test out my new oven. So after going to the store to get some groceries, we went to the kitchen to bake an Apple Streusel Cake. At first she didn't really want to help because she keeps saying that she can't cook, but in the end we did both a great job and it was one of the greatest cakes I've ever made
Sadly I wasn't able to take picture because I completely forgot to make some and by the time I remembered it there was only one piece left. Guess I have to make a new one soon then
But if you have a computer with windows 8.1, you can find the recipe in the food & drink app (I didn't even know it was on my laptop), its called Apple Streusel Cake. I'm going to upload the recipe anyway in the next update of my sketchbook too.
Oh, and the kitten part?
You're welcome.
UPDATE:
Since yesterday, I got Mario Kart 8 (which actually gets released tomorrow). I thought I had ordered the limited edition but I accidentally ordered the regular one, so no Blue Shell figurine for me I did get a Golden Mushroom keychain instead though. After my exam (which went.. I dunno, I always had problems with these kind of exams), I went to the store to get it and played a few minutes. Sadly I can't play it anymore until Sunday as I'm at my parents home right now and my Wii U is in my dorm room. Such a torture.
I like the game a lot, the highlights reel after every race is fun to play with as you can slow down, reverse and accelerate the speed of the movie. It's kinda like the Matrix but with karts. The new items are fancy too and the anti-gravity really makes things more interesting. I found some bad points though: that there's no competition if you play the first cup at 50 cc. I was miles before the second racer. maybe I'm just too good, that's also possible. Also when choosing your kart there's no stats of your vehicle. Or maybe it was on the Gamepad and I didn't look at that. Ah well, I was only able to play the first 2 cups anyway, I already have some favourite tracks

(Point and cash) commission prices (CLOSED)EDIT May 24, 2014: Added MS Paint art!
About time I did this. If you don't read the rules and make a mistake afterwards, that is not my responsability.
Commission rules
- I take both points and Paypal, Paypal is preferred. IF YOU PAY WITH POINTS, READ THIS: You will pay through a commission widget so I can convert your points into money. However, it takes at least two weeks before I can actually access the points, and once I can they will be transferred to my Paypal ASAP. So if you pay with points and ask for a refund, this might take a while.
- I take payment beforehand.
- Don't rush me. If the waiting takes too long for your taste, you're welcome to ask for a refund. And I can be very slow, but I promise I'm not scamming you. I eventually will get around it, and if I really can't handle it you will be refunded.
- If something needs to be changed about the picture, if I made

The moment when a drawing is taking over 4 months
I'm currently drawing a huge thing which is taking much longer than expected (also because of job and having Lego as another hobby), so I'm making something small to fill in the gap. Maybe I can get another Lego update out soon, because I am currently also struggling with that lol
NEW: Mastodon, BlueSky and Linktree
With the whole Twitter thing going on, I have decided to join Mastodon and BlueSky! On Mastodon I am, and how else could it be, on the furry.horse instance: https://furry.horse/@Goomuin And if you're already on BlueSky: https://bsky.app/profile/goomuin.bsky.social To make things easier, I've also made a Linktree with all the websites I'm on and actively use: https://linktr.ee/goomuin These are for now not replacements for Twitter, just more backups and alternatives where I post the same stuff :)
It's my birthday yet again
God, already 28, time sure flies... Went to the spa to celebrate it, nothing like spending your birthday naked, massaged, exfoliated, sweaty and relaxed uwu I will definitely try to post more journals! With Twitter turning more and more into a shithole, I would love to try to get more journals out, with a fursuit pic included, if I don't forget :D As to kickstart this, here are some recent updates from me: My gf and I got a cat! Her name is Poppy and we adopted her from a shelter. She's still young and really playful, but also very clumsy lol I've started going to the gym a couple months ago and I'm seeing results! Can't believe it's possible for me to get a toned belly, but it's getting there! I'm also still working to improve Goomare's 3D model. I was not happy with the way her tanktop and pants look, so I'm reworking those. Until next time~
Small Twitter change for 2023
This is mostly just for everyone who follows me on Twitter, but I am phasing out my art account (GoomuinArts) and will from this year on be posting all my art on my main Twitter instead (which is https://twitter.com/Goomuin) Of course there will be no changes here, having 3 Twitter accounts has just become annoying lol Have a late Happy New Year!
